RENTAL POLICY & FEES

Private Parties Room Rental Fee $75.00 
Room is available from 3:30pm – 6pm on Saturday. The earliest the host may arrive is 3:00 pm. Lunch is served until 2pm and we need at least 1 hour to clean and set-up the room.

We provide a gift and food table and leave all other tables where they are. Guests will sit at 4 top tables. We do set a chair in-between the food and gift table for the guest of honor to be in a central location for all guests to see while opening gifts.

Room includes (2) 3x6 food and gift table, punch bowl, glass serving plates, punch glasses, silverware, and white paper napkins. We serve all food items buffet style, with us serving the cake and punch to your guests.

All food and beverages must come from Beth’s Bake Shoppe & Tea Room. You may bring in decorative paper plates and napkins, party games and favors and any extra table decorations.

Ice Cream Punch or Lemonade Punch $30.00 per bowl

Nuts $10.00

Mints $25.00 - $30.00 per 100 may order less

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries 1.50 - $1.75 each

Mini Desserts $1.00 per piece

Coffee, Tea, Pop $1.79 per person

The bakery and gift shop will still be open for customers to come in and shop but the setting area will be left private for you and your guests only.
